Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, S24+ & S24 Specification and Price in India

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series has been officially announced. A few significant hardware improvements have been made, as the rumors had indicated, but the real innovation is found in the new AI capabilities. With Galaxy AI, which attempts to enhance nearly every feature of the phones, the Galaxy S24 family is now smarter than ever, following in the footsteps of Google’s Pixel 7 and Pixel 8 lineups.

All AI-related features that come with the Galaxy S24 series and One UI 6.1 are collectively referred to as “Galaxy AI.” It’s clear that Samsung plans to rely significantly on AI in 2024 to try and improve the intelligence of its smartphones. In addition to these clever features, the Galaxy S24 Ultra receives some noteworthy upgrades, including a brighter display, a more potent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for all markets, and a 50MP 5x zoom unit that promises lossless-like magnification even at 10x in place of the older 10MP 10x telephoto camera. The other cameras stay the same.

A new titanium frame for the S24 Ultra and the removal of the curved screen are two other notable design changes. The display is now flat and has slimmer bezels.

As we move on to the Galaxy S24 and S24+, the changes are rather minor. Undoubtedly, the vanilla and the Plus now have brighter displays—the same as the smaller, more advanced Galaxy S24 Ultra—a better-looking Armor Aluminum 2 frame, and a completely new chipset. Nonetheless, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will only be available in the US, South Korea, and China this year; the Exynos 2400 will be available in the majority of markets.

In the case of the Galaxy S24+, a few minor bumps to the display sizes and battery capacities are also warranted and highly appreciated. We believe that the Galaxy S24+ and S24 Ultra are now more comparable than ever, providing consumers with a reasonable option between the two.
