Bought this cooler 2 years back. No problems and very efficient cooling. A bit loud and can cause disturbance during call. Portable and power efficient – it can also run for 4/5 hrs on inverter without an issue.
Problem is with the companies service and after sales. The warranty coverage is for 1 year only and getting a company technician is difficult.
